General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These GTC apply to all offers, purchases and uses of the learning software of e-university.ch, Walter Systems AG, Beat Walter, Bern, both for online access (Web App) and for downloadable programs (download version). Diverging terms of the user do not apply.

2. Access to the online learning software
Access is granted via personal login data provided after purchase. The licence is valid for one person, is non-transferable and is limited in time according to the product description. After activation there is no entitlement to a refund.

3. Access to the downloadable learning software
When purchasing a download version, a licence valid for one computer is granted. The licence is personal and may not be passed on or duplicated.

4. Technical requirements
To use the online learning software, an up-to-date HTML5-capable browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) is required. Microsoft Windows is required for the downloadable programs. The user is responsible for meeting these requirements.

5. Liability
e-university.ch is not liable for damage arising from improper use or intentional or grossly negligent behaviour of users. No liability is assumed for indirect damage, consequential damage or data loss. Use of the software is at your own risk.

6. Confidentiality and data protection
Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively to process the offer. Further information is available in our privacy policy .

7. Copyright
All content, texts, graphics and programs are protected by copyright. Any distribution, duplication or publication is prohibited without written consent.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
